Born in 1999, height: 14.3 1/2hh. Pedigree Breakdown: 50% Royal, 25% St. Anne, 25% Brio See Extended Pedigree Jeanne is my smallest mare standing 14.3 1/2hh, still has that good strong Canadian bone and physique, just in a smaller package. She is a real joy to ride and has a sweet loving personality. Jeanne has been bred to our stallion Davidson Noireau Duc, due to foal in May 2010. She would be suited for an intermediate rider. (Availabe for purchase, $7000 + GST)
Born in 1999, height: 14.2 1/2hh. See Pedigree Carma is not a part of our breeding program, but rather our daughter Chelsey's mount. She is a ten year old, jet black mare with a super sweet personality. Carma is broke to ride English and Western, I ride her in a treeless saddle, a cross between a Western and an English model, and is in an egg butt snaffle. My daughter rides her in western tack. She moves off your leg nicely and makes a nice pleasure mount. Carma has a wonderful walk, floaty trot, and a very nice smooth canter. Has been introduced to free jumping and absolutely loves to do it. Clears 3'3" easily when free jumping. She has mainly been used as a trail or pleasure horse in between raising three foals. (Update August 2009: Our daughter has started her under harness.) Carma is the type of mare who loves to be loved, whether it’s getting brushed or just a pat. $4800 plus GST.
Congratulations to Lisa and Rob of MooseJaw, Saskatchewan on the purchase of their first Canadian. We wish them much success with this wonderful young mare.
Foaled: May 16,2009 Sire: Pineview Surprise Manhattan #11232 Dam: Canadream Jospatriote Rapture #11191 See Pedigree Willow has all the makings for a very fancy show horse. Her pedigree points towards the English disciplines, especially dressage, but don’t rule out jumping. In taking these new photos she was playing in the arena and popped over a 2’ foot vertical, with absolutely no prompting! Surprised me and of course we didn’t get a photo of that! Both her Sire(16hh) and Dam(15.3hh) are tall and very athletic. Willow is standing just over 13hh at 8 months of age (January 16th) and is a very refined and graceful mover. Beautiful head and neck and correct conformation, this filly is already a sight to behold. Extremely friendly, always has to be first at the gate, she is well mannered, leads well, stands quietly when tied for grooming and handling in general. Willow’s health care and farrier program are up to date. $2500 + GST.
